Jay rings in the new year with talking about the tradition of the ball drop in NYC to ring in the new year! How did it all get started? Celebrate the New Year with a double feature! The first radio show comes from The Fred Allen Radio show. It's titled, " New Years Eve Plans." It originally aired December 14th 1947. The second radio show is from The Phil Harris and Alice Faye Radio show. It's titled, " New Years Resolutions." It originally aired December 29th 1946. HAPPY NEW YEAR and ENJOY THE SHOWS!
